How to download the InfoPath 2010 form templates

You must own a copy of one of the InfoPath Cookbooks to be able to download the InfoPath 2010 form templates that have been made exclusively available to customers who have bought S.Y.M. Wong-A-Ton's books.

If you own an InfoPath Cookbook written by S.Y.M. Wong-A-Ton:

  1. Read the instructions on this page to look up the username and password.
  2. Click on the download link for an InfoPath 2010 template.

Once downloaded, right-click the form template and select Design from the context menu. Then in InfoPath Designer 2010, save the form template to a location on disk or overwrite the existing form template.
